These terms set out the basis on which we provide advice, the scope of the service, how we are paid, and what you can expect from us.
Who we are and how we are regulated

The scope of our advice

Some buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where we advise on an unregulated product, we will tell you, and the protections available to you will differ.
What you will pay for our services

What we ask of you
- Accurate information. Our advice can only be as good as the information you give us. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to unsuitable advice or a declined application.
- Prompt documents. Lender timescales are affected by how quickly documents are provided.
- Tell us if things change. A change in income, employment or credit position during an application can materially affect it.
Conflicts of interest
